Returns that will not be accepted:
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A 25% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNS
- At our price point, we do not reimburse for a few defective beads on a strand. That is not to say we will be unreasonable if a strand is significantly flawed.
- We will not accept a return if the hole size of a bead does not fit your string. Please see size of our beads before purchase.
- Beads that are cut, loose, or made into jewelry.
- Earrings are non-refundable for health and hygiene reasons. Cut chains are non-refundable.
- Items not in their original condition.
- Damaged items. Please make sure that the returned items are securely and carefully packed. If items are damaged on route from the delivery carrier, the buyers will be responsible to contact them for any damaged cost. We will not contact the shipping carrier.
- We will not be refunding the return shipping cost shipped to you. This charge was taken by the shipping carrier and will not be returned to buyer. Only items cost will be returned to buyer.
- Please include the Order Number with your returns. This will help insure a faster return.
- 25% restocking fees on all returned item. No exceptions!
- All problems with orders must be reported within 3 days of receiving product. All returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the item. We will not accept any returns after 3 days. You will have 7 days from the time you contact us to ship the items back to us.
